Investors

Renovating a residential investment property is not the same as renovating your home. As an investor it is critical that we do not over capitalise and spend money in areas that will not maximize return, value and meet the needs of your rental market.

Why renovate?

  • Add value to your investment therefore increasing your equity
  • Increase you rental income
  • Attract a better, long term tenant who respects and looks after the property
  • Increased depreciation allowances

Your team of project managers, builders, trades people, designers and architects are all handpicked to ensure the renovation is on budget, on time and coordinated to add maximum value to your investment property.

Case Study

This is a property we recently purchased for a client and renovated to add value, attract a better tenant and increase rental return.

" With AllianceCorp's help we purchased our second investment property and renovated our first. We are so happy with our progress and are looking to purchasing our third. If it wasn't for the DVD and coaching session we doubt whether we would have had the confidence to take action. We recommend anyone considering a property portfolio to book a coaching session with AllianceCorp."

After Renovations

If renovating your investment property is so worthwhile why doesn’t every property investor do it?

The reason why most investors don’t renovate is cash flow, lack of experience and time. Many investors do not have a master facility finance model (refer to our DVD – Achieving financial security through property investment strategies safely and securely) that allows them to finance their renovation. Those that do are not sure where to invest the money, what the outcome will be and how to organise the renovation so that they don’t go over budget and time.

We understood the benefits of a value adding renovation for our investment property but as two professionals did not have the time or experience to go ahead. We thank AllianceCorp Renovations who provided us with a commonsense solution that exceeded our expectations.
